Do you accept health insurance?

Yes, we do. However, most health insurance plans do not cover a routine eye exam. There are exceptions to this. Dr. Womack and his team will work with you to maximize your insurance so that you do receive all benefits provided to you under your existing health insurance plan.

Which vision plans do you accept?

We are listed on many different vision plans. Regardless of your plan, we can care for you and help you to maximize the benefits afforded to you under your plan. As a courtesy, we also assist you with filing your claim. If you have an insurance plan we do not accept, we will provide you with a 15% courtesy toward your visit.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

Yes, we do accept patients utilizing Medicare and Medicaid.

What are your office hours?

Monday - Thursday, 9:00-6:00pm

Friday, 9:00-1:00pm

Are you opened during lunch?

Yes, we are opened during lunch unless we are having a team meeting.

How long does an eye exam take?

You can expect to be in our office 30-45 minutes based on your needs.


AngelaAre you able to repair or fix broken glasses?

Yes, in some situations we are able to repair your glasses. And when you purchase your glasses through Bright Eyes, you have a one-year warranty that will replace your glasses…as long as you have the glasses with you.

Do you have a warranty on glasses purchased from Bright Eyes Family Eyecare?

Yes. If you break your glasses within one year of purchasing your glasses, we will replace them…as long as you have glasses with you. If your lenses are scratched, those can be replaced within a year of purchasing them. Certain lens coatings will provide you with a two-year scratch warranty.

What is the turnaround time on getting my glasses made?

Usually your glasses will be ready within 5 to 10 business days from the day you order them.

What brands of glasses do you carry?

A wide array of fashionable glasses including but not limited to Calvin Klein, Kate Spade, Nike, Juicy Couture, and many others.

Do I need a contact lens fitting?

Yes. Although you may have been fitted for contact lenses, it is important to have your contact lens prescription managed and evaluated to ensure a proper fit.

How long is a contact lens or glasses prescription good for?

One-year as recommended by Federal Trade Commission.

How long does it take for my contacts lenses to come in after they are ordered?

Your contacts will be delivered to the office within 2-5 business days from the day you ordered them. We order contacts on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Do you carry my contact lens brand?

We carry all major brands on the market and can custom order any other brands that may not be in stock.
